I'm in Izmir and it's really hot here.

I started taking insect photos in 2015 and I loved it.

As a child, insects were everywhere in the summer in Özdere. I knew one day I had to take pictures of it.

Actually, photography is an actual thing, and that takes it away from art. Of course, we also have reasons to see it as art.

I think nature is not extraordinary, "O" is normal. But we are not so used to it that we are so distant that we are afraid of it. Every living thing I find is a magnificent masterpiece. In a way, I'm just a tourist photographing these masterpieces.

I do this with macro photography and using many techniques. Actually I don't just take macro photos. I have been shooting in many styles such as food, landscape, portrait and sometimes graduation since 2014.

From time to time, I prepared this page to show how I take pictures in these styles and what insects really look like.
